We are in search of talented and motivated individuals to join our vibrant team with the following positions to offer:



Experienced Property Manager


Skills and Experience:


3 years' experience and above
Experience in managing overseas landlords preferred
Valid Agent Representative Certificate and and Driver's License
Proven track record in dealing with VCAT, insurance and maintenance
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and is meticulous
Ability to build rapport with clients and develop good customer relationship
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to work within a team
Must have Australian citizenship or Australian PR to be eligible


Roles and Responsibilities:


Managing a portfolio of 150 properties
Assist in property inspection requests from oversea clients.
Advertising and marketing leasing spaces
Processing leasing applications and preparing tenancy pack
Liaising with contractors, tenants, landlords
Involved in rent in arrears management and lease renewals and rent reviews process
Handling properties' maintenance and repairs
Conducting and completing ingoings, outgoings & routine inspections and reports
VCAT preparation and attendance
Handling rental trust accounting reconciliation and statement
Able to work on alternate Saturdays and whenever inspection is required.



Part time Experienced Real Estate Admin Support

Skills and Experience:


1-2 years' experience in real estate adminsupport
Holding a valid Agents Representative Certificate preferred
Experience in real estate sales software preferred
Fluent in spoken and written English
Exceptional customer service skills
The ability to multi task and attention to details
The ability to priorities and work to deadlines
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to learn quickly
Meticulous record keeping


Roles and Responsibilities:

Your day will be kept busy with general administration tasks as well as providing administration support to the property management and sales team. This is a 2-3 days per week, part time position.



Greeting clients and overseeing the reception area
Administration support including daily mail, producing files, scanning/archiving properties.
Liaising with conveyancers including ordering, filling out, collating and exchanging contracts.
Willing to attend 'Open For Inspections' & private inspections
Willing to conduct routine inspections and prepare condition reports
Assisting with phone & email enquiries
Conducting buyer follow up via telephone and emails
Utilisation of company systems and processes
Create, maintain and search records on databases
Willing to work alternate Saturdays

General Office Duties



Experienced Sales Consultant


Skills and Experience:


Exposure to both regional and overseas markets
Real Estate License preferred
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills to achieve results
A current Drivers' License and reliable vehicle
Real estate sales history with a proven track record to qualify for a commission only position


Roles and Responsibilities:


Prospecting for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources through warm or cold calls. Company can support with offering listings from our database of investors (approx. 8,000 list)
Responding to and qualifying inbound leads from all lead sources
Managing and qualifying client enquiries
Maintaining and growing your client database
Attending displays and open for inspections
Keeping up to date with product and market knowledge
Facilitating sales process and attending all sales meetings
Potentially to build a residential sales team


Remuneration:

Fair and lucrative commission split for a commission only sales person.

Independent Contractor opportunities available for suitable candidates also.
