Experienced Licensed Agents – Commission Only
This is not the usual 9-5 role! You must be absolutely hungry for success and someone who stops at nothing to achieve your dreams as you will be essentially running a business within a business. We are seeking highly motivated and committed licensed estate agents with experience who are looking for an opportunity to step out on their own and determined to build wealth.
Employment will be on a commission only basis so you must be a confident, established agent with the ability to hit the ground running. You will be your own agent as well as be part of a team. Sales Assistant / Sales Admin
This is a customer service orientated role so you must love interacting with people on the phone, meeting and greeting clients that come into the office and enjoy client contact on all levels. Witha position offering a long term exceptional career opportunity – we are looking for a hungry & committed individual with passion in the Real Estate industry and this role will see you learn all aspects of sales at the highest level and also opens the door to other avenues that can develop within real estate.
About the role
The assistant's main responsibilities is to assist the sales management team in building & maintaining relationships with valued clients and tasks will include but not limited to the following:
Assisting Agents with Vendor, Buyer and Campaign Management
Lead Generation and Prospecting Activities
Prepare authorities, listing and marketing kits and sales appraisals
Database & Social Media management
Assisting at auctions, opens for inspection and various marketing functions
Proof reading legal documents and contracts
Day to day administration for Sales which includes liaising and communicate with clients, solicitors, service providers and deliver general administration updates to the internal agency team
Attending sales meetings and training sessions
Skills and experience
The successful candidate must possess the following skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Fluency in Both English and Mandarin/Cantonese a must.
Ability to work weekends essential.
Highly organised with the ability to produce high quality work with meticulous attention to details
Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your time effectively
Ongoing professional development opportunities in Property Management, Finance and Sales
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to prioritise own workflow and operate autonomously with minimum direction or guidance
Quick thinker who’s good on their feet
An Agents Representative certificate is a must. Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred though you will be trained on the job
Must have clean, respectable car and current driver licence
