If you are looking for varied role within the property industry, this role might be for you! 

 

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our growing team at Right Key Investment based in Melbourne CBD. This will be a busy, fast-paced environment that offers a lot of variety and opportunity to progress your career across multiple disciplines within the property industry. 

 

This role will be reporting directly into Sales Director and will be responsible for providing a high level of overall management of all administrative processes, including some content creation for our online business presence on social media. Additionally, we looking for an individual who is fluent in English, Chinese and Cantonese - written and spoken due to our clientele needs. This is a full time position based in our office at Melbourne CBD, however we are very flexible and we do offer the option to work from home (hybrid working and you can work from the office or at home). As well as the flexibility to work from home or in the office, we offer a very competitive salary (depending on level of experience). 

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Administrative assistance such a diary management, arranging meetings, emails, booking travel, research and preparing documentation/reports
  • Finance administration, reporting and expense management by ensuring any corporate credit card purchases are processed by the end of each month and creating purchase orders, where required
  • To provide support to a highly collaborative wider team with any ad-hoc requests
  • Lead on the creation for online content for our social media platforms by creating engaging posts online and assisting with presentations and client marketing strategies/plans, as required
  • Other responsibilities and special projects as directed by the Sales Director
  • Adhere to all company polices, compliance and legislation in line with the property industry

 

Skills & Experience

To be considered for the role you will have the following experience:

  • Fluent in English, Chinese and Cantonese – written and spoken is essential 
  • Ideally, you are interested in pursuing a career in the property/real estate industry
  • Financial reporter expedite is a bonus, but not essential
  • Project management skills with the ability manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong social media knowledge (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as you could be creating writing copy for the promotion of our company etc.
  • Experience with a variety of business applications including Microsoft Business Suite.
  • Full working rights within Australia and Drivers Licence
  • Well-developed time management skills with the ability to cope under the pressure of deadlines and multitasking
