客户服务代表的职责和责任
- 处理来自客户的来电和邮件,并进行外拨电话与客户联系
- 在在线聊天平台与客户互动
- 回答客户关于订单、产品、交货或服务的问题
- 解决客户投诉,并在必要时将问题上报管理层
- 与运营团队和管理团队进行频繁的内部沟通
- 处理订单、包装单、货运预订等
- 更新并维护客户互动记录
- 达成关键绩效指标目标,如平均处理时间和排队时间,确保运营团队按照标准操作流程(SOP)工作,以满足客户的绩效指标(KPI)
- 在仓库环境中工作
- 必须会说普通话

Customer service representative skills and qualification
- excellent communication skills
- outstanding customer service skills
- strong interpersonal skills and an ability to maintain relationships with customers
- ability to remain calm when interacting with customers who are stressed or upset
- strong problem-solving skills
- good computer literacy and data entry skills
- thorough knowledge of the company and its products or services
Customer service representative duties and responsibilities
- handling incoming calls and emails from customers as well as making outbound calls to customers
- interacting with customers in online chat portals
- responding to questions about their orders, products, deliveries or services
- resolving customer complaints and escalating them to management level where necessary
- Frequent internal communications with operation team and management team
- processing orders, packing slips, freight bookings etc.
- updating and maintaining records of customer interactions
- achieving key performance indicator targets, such as average handling time and time in queue, and to make sure the operation team works align with SOP and to meet customer’s KPI
- Working in the warehouse environment
- Can speak Mandarin is a must
