  • 强大的问题解决能力
  • 良好的计算机操作能力和数据录入技能

客户服务代表的职责和责任

  • 处理来自客户的来电和邮件,并进行外拨电话与客户联系
  • 在在线聊天平台与客户互动
  • 回答客户关于订单、产品、交货或服务的问题
  • 解决客户投诉,并在必要时将问题上报管理层
  • 与运营团队和管理团队进行频繁的内部沟通
  • 处理订单、包装单、货运预订等
  • 更新并维护客户互动记录
  • 达成关键绩效指标目标,如平均处理时间和排队时间,确保运营团队按照标准操作流程(SOP)工作,以满足客户的绩效指标(KPI)
  • 在仓库环境中工作
  • 必须会说普通话

Customer service representative skills and qualification


  • excellent communication skills
  • outstanding customer service skills
  • strong interpersonal skills and an ability to maintain relationships with customers
  • ability to remain calm when interacting with customers who are stressed or upset
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • good computer literacy and data entry skills
  • thorough knowledge of the company and its products or services

 

Customer service representative duties and responsibilities


  • handling incoming calls and emails from customers as well as making outbound calls to customers
  • interacting with customers in online chat portals
  • responding to questions about their orders, products, deliveries or services
  • resolving customer complaints and escalating them to management level where necessary
  • Frequent internal communications with operation team and management team
  • processing orders, packing slips, freight bookings etc.
  • updating and maintaining records of customer interactions
  • achieving key performance indicator targets, such as average handling time and time in queue, and to make sure the operation team works align with SOP and to meet customer’s KPI
  • Working in the warehouse environment
  • Can speak Mandarin is a must
