Electronics Repair Technician

Job Location: Truganina & on-site

Job Description:

• Diagnose and repair electronic devices
• Replace defective components, such as circuits, screens, or batteries.
• Conduct functionality tests to ensure repairs are successful.
• Provide customers with repair timelines and cost estimates.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and repair techniques.
• Document all repairs and maintain inventory of spare parts.
• Diagnose and repair appliances – commercial screens, and TVs etc.
• Replace faulty parts and conduct system tests.
• Provide maintenance tips to customers to prolong the life of their appliances.
• Keep up to date with product manuals and service guides.
• Manage service calls and ensure timely repairs.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Technical degree or certification in electronics repair.
• Proficiency in soldering and working with small components.
• Knowledge of electronic schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Certification in appliance repair or related field.
• Familiarity with various appliance brands and models.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise.
• Strong customer service skills.
