Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Business Development Manager to drive our leasing operations and business growth. This hybrid role focuses on developing and executing leasing strategies, expanding our market reach, generating new business opportunities, and retaining existing clients. A “can do” attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong sense of accountability are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Focus:
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Conduct property viewings and engage in leasing negotiations to ensure a seamless tenant experience.
- Manage leasing documentation, ensuring contracts are processed accurately and promptly.
Business Development Focus:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Build and nurture relationships with property owners, investors, and potential clients.
- Retain current clients by maintaining strong, positive relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including marketing, operations, and property management—to support overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine leasing and development strategies.
- Regularly report on leasing performance and business development progress to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- A proven “can do” attitude with a strong commitment to accountability and continuous learning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and implement actionable strategies.
- Proficiency with standard office and property management software.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Agent’s Representatives License is required.
- Mandarin proficiency (speaking and writing) is a must.
- Current Victorian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
Salary Package & Benefits:
- Attractive salary package ranging from $50,000 to $80,000, PLUS performance-based incentives.
