LOCATION:Boswen Office Dandenong South
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Procurement/ Purchase, i.e. steel, parts, freight, office consumables etc.
● Assist Operations manager with Warehouse and factory management
● Manage Company generic Email Box
● Personal Assistance for Director email
● Assist with Operations Team to do Pre-start checklist and Warranty Documentation
● Prepare OHS Documents for projects
● Customer Service, take leads/inquiries over phone/walk-in and pass to estimators
● Manage and maintain Office General Presentation
●Adhoc
●Organise day to day office and factory requirements ie gas, bins
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
●?????? Advance Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Words, Powerpoint
●Strong Communicaiton Skills
●Good Time managment
●Strong Organisation Skills
●Fluent English, reading, writing, speeking
●Can do attitude
●Team Player
Experience:
Minimum two years experience in a similar role/industry
